How we work

Four steps from call to pickup

Nothing happens without your approval. Every step is written down, and you get the replaced parts back at the end.

    You get in touch

    Book online or call us. We agree on a slot and put the car on the schedule.

  2. 02

    We diagnose

    A technician inspects the car, reads fault codes and lists what actually needs doing.

  3. 03

    You approve the quote

    You receive a written estimate with parts and labour. Nothing starts until you say yes.

  4. 04

    We fix and road test

    Work is done, the car is test-driven and returned to you with a full report and warranty.
