From two lifts to a full workshop

Markus Brandt spent twelve years at a franchised BMW dealer in Munich before deciding he was done writing invoices that customers didn't understand. In 2018 he rented two lifts on Ganghoferstraße and hung a sign that said "honest quotes, fixed price". The sign is gone; the principle stayed.

The workshop grew because customers kept sending their friends. We added a third and fourth lift in 2021, and a dedicated alignment rig in 2023. Along the way we turned down a lot of work that didn't fit — we don't do tires, we don't do bodywork, and we don't take jobs we can't do properly. What we do, we do the same way every time.

Nothing about the shop is slick. The floor is stained. The tools are used. But every bay is lit properly, every part is logged, and every customer leaves with the same paperwork they'd get at a dealer — minus the markup.
