Six services, one workshop

We focus on German marques — BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes — and the jobs we can do properly with the tools and the people we have. Every job starts with a fixed written quote. If the scope changes, you get a call before we touch anything.

Written quote first

Every job gets a written estimate with parts and labour before we start. You approve it in writing. Extra work needs a second approval.

Parts at cost + fixed rate

We bill parts at our purchase price plus a small handling fee, and labour at a flat hourly rate. No "kit pricing", no inflated book times.

No fix — no fee

If we can't find the fault within the diagnostic fee, you pay nothing. If we fix the wrong thing, we redo the job at our cost.

Computer diagnostics

Every modern car stores faults in a dozen control modules. We read them all — engine, gearbox, ABS, airbags, comfort electronics — and not just the engine light. Sensor data is logged live during a road test, so we see what actually happens under load, not just what got stored a week ago.

You get a written report the same day: what tripped the fault, which components are affected and what we recommend. If the fix is simple, we tell you. If it isn't, you still walk away with a diagnosis you can take anywhere.

Scheduled maintenance

Oil, filters, plugs and fluids replaced to the factory interval — not "every 15,000 km no matter what", but to the actual schedule for your engine and gearbox. We use OEM or OEM-equivalent parts and log every one we fit.

Your service book gets stamped, and you get a digital record with the mileage, the part numbers and the next interval. If we spot something that will need attention before the next service, you hear about it now, not later.

Engine repair

Timing chains, gaskets, head work, cylinder wear, turbo issues, full rebuilds. We work on TSI, TFSI, CDI, TDI and the classic naturally aspirated sixes. Every engine that comes in gets a compression and leak-down test before we open it up.

You approve the teardown and the repair plan in writing. If we find something that was not in the original quote — a cracked head, worn camshaft — we stop, photograph it and call you before doing anything else.

Brake disc and caliper on a car lift

Brake system

Pads, discs, calipers, hoses and fluid. We measure disc thickness and pad wear with a micrometer, not by eye, and we replace what is actually worn out — not what the parts book says might be worn out.

Before the car leaves the bay, ABS, ESP and the electronic parking brake are functionally tested. If any of them store a fault during the test, you hear about it before you get the keys back.

Suspension work under a car on a lift

Suspension and steering

Shocks, springs, control arms, bushings, wheel bearings, tie rods, steering racks. A knock from the front end can come from any of six or seven places, so we always diagnose before we quote — and we always finish with a four-wheel alignment on our rig.

All work is done with the car on a lift under load, not with the wheels hanging. That matters for bushings and arms, and it is why we do the alignment last, after the geometry has settled.

Air conditioning service gauges connected to a car

Air conditioning

An AC that blows warm is either low on refrigerant or has a leak — usually both. We always run a leak test first, recharge only with the correct refrigerant (R134a or R1234yf), and replace the cabin filter while the system is open.

The evaporator gets an anti-bacterial clean at the same time — that is the part that smells like an old basement in summer if nobody has touched it for five years. You leave with cold air and no smell.
